Vijayashree Parameswaran
Founder & CEO, Alcor Consultancy
Vijayashree is the Founder & CEO of Alcor Consultancy, a seasoned entrepreneur, executive coach, and organizational development consultant with over 30 years of experience. Based in India, she transitioned from a corporate leader to a certified leadership coach, driven by her passion for helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential.
Her journey, marked by growth, curiosity, and resilience, has shaped her into a compassionate and purpose-driven professional. Vijayashree is committed to using her expertise to create positive change, believing in the power of love, kindness, and compassion to transform lives and build a better world.
Ganesh T.G.
Co-Founder
Ganesh brings over two decades of expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), Business Intelligence (BI), and IT leadership across global enterprises. Before co-founding Alcor Consultancy, Ganesh served as a Global Product Owner at Nissan, leading Customer Master Data Management and Business Intelligence programs for the Sales Finance division worldwide.
Prior to Nissan, Ganesh played a key role at Mindtree and L&T Infotech, delivering impactful MDM and BI solutions for PepsiCo, Big Basket, Adidas, and HBO. His 11-year tenure at Ford Technology Services India, Accenture, and Selectica saw him drive IT transformations for Ford, Blue Cross Blue Shield, JP Morgan Chase, and the Group Health Insurance sector. Early in his career, he was a corporate trainer for Citibank, L&T, SFL Gujarat, Global Telesystems, Beacon, and Selectica, honing the skills of professionals across industries.
Ganesh holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Nagarjuna University.
