What is the EVERYTHING DiSC® model?

EVERYTHING DiSC® is a personal development tool that measures your priorities and tendencies based on the DiSC® model’s insights into individual work styles, helping employees and leaders improve communication, collaboration, and productivity. Based on the DiSC® model, it categorizes behavioral tendencies into four primary styles:
